These Terms of Service govern your use of WritePro Studio's content writing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
- WritePro Studio provides content writing services including technical blog writing, API documentation, case studies, white papers, and content strategy consulting.
- The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencing work.
- We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or capacity.
Payment Terms
- Pricing is as listed on our services page, starting from $1,499 per month for retainer packages.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For new clients, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
- Late payments may result in a pause to active work until the outstanding balance is settled.
Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered content.
- WritePro Studio retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.
- All pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies used to produce the content remain the property of WritePro Studio.
Confidentiality
- We treat all client information, product details, and strategic discussions as confidential.
- We will not share confidential client information with third parties without explicit written consent.
- Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive information.
Revisions and Approvals
- Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified.
- Additional revision rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
- Clients are expected to provide feedback within 5 business days of delivery to maintain project momentum.
Limitation of Liability
- WritePro Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- We make no guarantee of specific SEO rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes from content produced.
Termination
- Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 14 days written notice.
- Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
- Any deposits paid for work not yet started will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
- Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
